1. Discovery call (~30 min) -> We map your operations, the bottlenecks, and what's worth automating. No deck, no pitch. 2. Architecture & build (~3 months) -> A senior consultant designs the schema, builds the workflows, deploys the agents. Weekly demos, no black-box phase. 3. Handoff & training (~2 weeks) -> Your team takes ownership. Documentation, walkthroughs, live training. Optional retainer for evolutions.
