Above and beyond service, absolute lifesavers! I cannot recommend Connex Digital highly enough! Seamless, transparent and a delight to work with experts Kwame was a delight to work with. He even credited a free hour when the assignment was experiencing scope creep. He was accommodating with prompt scheduling of each session, and I very much enjoyed being apart of the integration process. Not to learn so I could do it on my own, but to understand how it works in the event a component needs to be updated.

Fixed my issue in the initial meeting call! I had an initial meeting call with Paul at Connex Digital to go over what I needed, and he ended up fixing the issue for me right then and there. He’s a really nice guy, easy to work with, and clearly knows his stuff. I would definitely use Connex Digital again in the future for any Zapier needs.

So Helpful Andres was so helpful on the call in helping us get our webhook fixed on Zapier so it could connect customer emails to our MailChimp account. I spent multiple hours trying to fix this myself and Connex coached me through it in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again!
