Thorough end-to-end service David helped us out with a relatively compact set of tasks that were fundamental to our system operation. He ended up redesigning the way our databased operated to do so. Though we agreed on a specific timeline to complete, he remained in contact and helpful with all of the subsequent questions we had well past the project end date.
