## What they do

I help UK micro and small businesses implement AI tools, build automations, and set up CRMs that work. Senior-level delivery, plain-talking advice, and results you can see.

Most small businesses have the tools, what they're missing is someone who will set them up properly, connect them together, and hand them over in plain language.

What I build with Zapier:

I use Zapier to connect the tools small businesses already have - CRMs, inboxes, project management tools, booking systems, and more. Common builds include lead capture and CRM entry, proposal follow-up sequences, client onboarding flows, invoice and contract triggers, and internal notification automations.

Who I work with:

UK micro and small businesses with 1 to 30 staff. Founder-led professional services firms, agencies, consultancies, and accountancy practices. Non-technical teams who are paying for tools they're not using properly.

How it works:

Every engagement starts with an audit. I map what's actually happening in the business, identify where the manual work is, and recommend the automations that will make the biggest difference. Then I build them, test them, and hand them over with documentation.

Credentials:

Zapier Silver Solutions Partner. ClickUp Certified Practitioner. Lovable Partner. Zapier-certified mentor through the NoCo Ops community.

Twelve years of technical implementation background. Based in Scotland, UK.
