Electric Monk
About
Automation gets a bad rap.
People think it’s cold. Robotic. Impersonal.
But good automation? Good automation is warm, thoughtful, and quietly life-changing. It saves you time, reduces errors, and makes your business run the way you've always wished it would – smooth, fast, and stress-free.
I’m Chris Higgins, and I run Electric Monk – a one-man consultancy that helps creative entrepreneurs automate the repetitive, time-consuming bits of their businesses.
Most of my clients come to me overwhelmed. Stressed out. Spinning too many plates.
👉 Hot new leads falling through the cracks.
👉 Projects tracked in six different inboxes.
👉 Enough unpaid invoices to fund a moderately extravagant midlife crisis.
Sound familiar?
I help agency owners, consultants, coaches and other creative misfits to streamline their operations with smart, strategic automation – the kind that saves you time and makes you more money by handling all the tasks you’d delegate if you could clone yourself.
I'm proud to be a Zapier Silver Partner, but I don’t just build zaps. I start with strategy. I’ll map your processes, uncover bottlenecks, and help you rethink how work flows through your business – then I'll automate the hell out of it.

Chris makes my automation dreams come to live Chris is my go to guy for all things automation. If I’m trying to get Zapier to do something clever and it’s not playing nice, I call Chris. He gets what I’m trying to do, helps me figure out how to make it work, and somehow always makes me look like a genius in front of my clients.

My go-to person for all things automation Chris has been an absolute star helping me with all things automation for 5 years now. His recommendations have cut down my admin time in half, and he's introduced me to tools I didn't know existed (and now can't live without). I can focus on actual work while the admin and organization takes care of itself. 1000% recommend.

Automation Guru Extraordinaire Chris is my go-to for anything automation, flows, software connectivity and making things more effective, quick and smooth. Beyond the technical know-how to make things work, Chris will review our original ideas, make suggestions and improvements so we end up with a better result than intended. Highly recommended.

The only person I go to! Electric Monk = strategic automation, genuine timesaver, and a non-headachey skills approach to tech stuff that I've not found anywhere else in over a decade running my business. Don't hesitate; Chris is who you need.

Work–life balance restored, thanks to Chris Working with Chris at Electric Monk has been a genuine milestone for my business. He’s helped me reclaim my work-life balance, freeing up the time I used to lose on admin so I can spend more of it with my family and on creative thinking.
