Creative, engaged and genuinely investe Working with Hannes on building our internal and customer-facing knowledge base in Notion was simply fantastic. From day one, he was highly engaged, worked closely with us to develop the right structure, brainstormed ideas together with the team, and consistently brought great ideas to the table. For every challenge, he came up with creative and practical solutions. What we appreciated most was that the collaboration was not only highly productive but also genuinely enjoyable and easy-going. Hannes supported us every step of the way, and thanks to his help, we now have a system that is clearly structured, easy to navigate, and simple for everyone to use. He was also a huge help with the administrative side of things, including permissions management and user administration.Thank you, Hannes, for the great collaboration. We truly enjoyed working with you and would gladly do so again anytime. We can wholeheartedly recommend him!

Excellent end-to-end Notion consultant We contacted Hannes for a full Notion setup and migration from Confluence. We needed custom databases, workspace structure, templates, automations, and team training. He also really helped us understand how we can be even more effective with Notion. Communication was top-notch, he took the time to really understand our needs, and the value was excellent. We can highly recommend his services.

Not just a consultant, but a true partner Hannes worked (and is still working!) hand-in-hand with us to teach us the ins and outs of Notion while actively building our Agency OS at the same time. He always goes above and beyond our expectations while remaining patient, thorough and calm during our changing processes. He is more than a consultant to our company, but a true partner working alongside us to sculpt, adapt and grow. We wouldn't be where we are today without Everyzing.

A knowledgeable guy and a true pleasure to work with Working with Hannes has been a genuine game-changer for us. As we scale our programs and take on increasingly complex projects, he brought clarity, calm, and a collaborative spirit that took real pressure off our shoulders. His technical expertise and thorough documentation transformed our Notion workspace into a well-organized hub where teamwork and ownership actually thrive. What I appreciated most, Hannes asked the right questions, took time to understand our needs, and made sure everything felt intuitive rather than imposed. Highly recommend him to any team looking to get serious about how they wo

A structured and thoughtful start in Notion Hannes helped me build the foundation of my Notion setup, bringing structure and clarity to what initially felt quite overwhelming. He works in a very thoughtful and structured way and guided me through a clear process from defining the foundation, to prioritising strategically, to building and refining the system. I especially appreciated how he combined hands-on building translating everything into a setup that felt both functional and aligned with my (visual!) preferences. I have really valued his approach, patience, and the clarity he brought. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for support in creating a solid Notion backbone for their business!
