Faissal's bespoke support brought real productivity gains from day one Faissal helped us, a large student organisation based in the UK, to create a comprehensive platform for organising group events and maintaining an institutional memory. Faissal immediately understood the importance of tailoring our Notion to our organisation's structure, which is characterized by a fluctuating membership. With his support, we combined several legacy databases, ranging from our self-hosted intranet to our mailing-list manager, into one system that is easy to use and maintain. Faissal's Notion enables new members to easily kick-off pr-defined workflows through templates, turning processes that previously took days into a matter of minutes. This has driven engagement of our members with the platform, and ultimately improved overall engagement levels with our organisation. While we had used Notion previously, Faissal lifted the experience to a new level by showing us new features and work-flows we were not aware of. We cannot recommend Faissal enough, and will definitely engage him again for future projects. 10/10
