Exactly what I was needing for workflow automation. I was struggling to figure out how to automate the five different software programs we use for our business. I tried repeatedly, but without expertise, I failed to automate them. After seeking help, I found Courtney with First Turn Operations. After one call, she asked all the necessary questions and clearly understood my plan. She has now completed the first automation project, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Highly Recommended!

Dedication at its finest Courtney went over my expectations for my project. I was on the fence if it could even be done. Not only did she show me how we could do it, but she also gave me different options. Definitely will be using her again.

Fantastic experience from the start I worked with Courtney, and it’s been a dream. She set up 4 zaps for me and also monitored for errors. She made the process so easy, and is very responsive! I will definitely work with first turn anytime I have a new project.

Great service and lots of patience with non tech savvy users! Courtney has helped us automate our onboarding process, and made it simple enough for very technology challenged people to manage. She is prompt in her replies and works hard to come up with a solution that will work. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience with exactly the solution we needed! Our nonprofit needed to more efficiently collect data from several different forms on our website. Courtney and her team at FTO took the time to learn about our process, asked great questions, and quickly created the perfect custom solution for us that has already set us up well to serve our clients more efficiently. Courtney was incredibly kind, knowledgable, and detail-oriented throughout the whole project. I would absolutely recommend the Courtney and her team for any project large or small!
