Custom built workspace Sanja has helped us all the way in building our workspace. Starting by listening to our needs and breaking it down to a plan, as well as executing it as promised. Whenever we didn't understand something, she helped us through it, either by meetings or video guides. At the moment we have implemented even more than we had hoped for when we started. As we didnt use any production management tools before we started with Notion, this has been very helpful. Sanja also helped us import our CRM into Notion and rebuilt it completely inside this tool. Therefore, we have all our clients, projects, meetings, and potential new customers in the same environment, which feels awesome. We will continue building on our Notion workspace and are happy to have Sanja there with us.

Exceptional She was amazing in anticipating the needs of my business and was incredibly responsive to any thoughts I had. Not only did she set up my system, but she taught me how to use Notion more effectively. Would use and recommend again!

Sanja is *EXCELLENT* I highly recommend working with Sanja. Over the past six months, she helped rebuild and expand my complex Notion ecosystem, which manages my home life, partner’s medical care, and several businesses. Sanja is an exceptional professional—analytical, systematic, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to deeply understand my existing workflows and dependencies before delivering powerful, flexible solutions. Her ability to internalize complex requirements and translate them into intuitive systems is impressive. I would work with her again without hesitation and plan to re-engage her regularly for ongoing improvements.

Great Notion Consultant Sanja was knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with in helping us customize our Notion for case management in a law firm. If we ever need more customization, we'll use Sanja.

Sanja Turned My Messy Ideas into a Brilliant System Sanja was brilliant to work with. I came to her wanting a client tracker and a way to measure progress in my online physio programme, but I wasn’t even fully sure what I needed. She asked the right questions, understood the brief straight away and turned my vague ideas into a clean, organised system that actually works. She made the whole process easy, explained things in a way I could follow and built something that genuinely supports how I run my business and care for my clients. I would recommend her to anyone who wants Notion to feel simple, structured and tailored to their workflow!
