  One call changed how I run my entire business The truth is Nicole was the one who introduced me to Notion. We hopped on a quick call where she showed me what it could do for a SaaS business like mine. I was stunned and immediately after the call started building everything myself with the help of AI. After some trial and error I had to admit I needed more professional help, so I reached back out to Nicole. She got the whole business set up in Notion fast. Now we have a solid project management system where we can track who's working on what, follow the progress of each project, and have real data to make better decisions. We also asked her for a CRM. She was very upfront about the limitations Notion has compared to dedicated CRM tools before we committed to anything, which honestly surprised us, since most consultants would just take the work. She then helped us work around those limitations using external automations and Notion agents. What she did, really saves us tons of time. Couldn't be happier.
