My name is Ben Kern. I run my own boutique Consulting firm that specializes in process improvement, optimization, and automation. I have worked with companies of all sizes and on projects ranging from setting up simple trigger -> result automations to building complex API integrations from scratch. I have experience distilling important information from stakeholders to create detailed process maps and identify opportunities for streamlining or automation. I specialize in large process overhauls and rebuilds and am also a Podio preferred partner.
While I have worked with clients across many industries, I have abundant experience working specifically with REI teams - including integrating CRM and MLS databases. Last year alone, the systems and automations I setup helped my REI clients conduct over $1 Billion in transactions.

Ben - Automations & Systems Savant I've been working with Ben for about 4-5 years now. In that time I've thrown hundreds of requests "is there any way to do ___" and he always seems to find a way. Ben has single-handedly automated every single repetitive task in our organization. Time and time again he's replaced 2 hours of work with 2 SECONDS of work. When we first started he even helped me through getting standard operating procedures in place. Pay him whatever he asks, you'll get multiples back!

Ben can do it all I hired Ben to help me with Zapier automations.. it has since evolved into redoing my entire Podio CRM to include all automations, functions, and software buildouts that I always wanted. We have been working together for over a year, and I am never displeased with his work.
