Kirsten asked questions I didn’t even know I needed to be asking and somehow took everything that was living in my head and turned it into a custom platform with actual systems, processes, and policies that make sense for my business. I now have the systems in place to actually support my business as it grows, rather than trying to figure everything out as I go.   Grateful! We've been working with Katie for well over a year, and she's had a tremendous impact on how we run our business. She introduced us to Notion and helped us build systems that are practical, organized, and actually work in day-to-day business. We now use it for everything from manuals and training to AI research, accounting, and business procedures. I especially love being able to organize information into folders within folders and still find anything in seconds. One of the biggest projects Katie helped us develop was a custom bookkeeping system in Notion. It allows us to manage our own bookkeeping without the ongoing monthly software fees, and it's built around the way our business actually operates, not the other way around. Katie is incredibly organized and always thinking ahead.   I cold call as as service and needed a system! I cold call as as service and needed a cleaner way to present my projects and track onboarding for clients I initially tried to do it as best as I could through email etc. but it didn't work We used Notion + Zapier to connect my dials to Notion and built a proper onboarding / project management domain for me and my clients + for a way for me to track my ICPs - especially bc we pivot so often Super easy to work with Katie and her team - v happy with the results!
