Nex Automations

Nex Automations is an AI automation and systems agency founded by Prem Patel, a Zapier Certified Expert and Make.com Level 5 Expert (one of fewer than 100 globally) & Silver Partner.

We've been building automation systems since 2021 and have served 210+ clients with 1,200+ workflows built across platforms.

We specialize in designing end-to-end automation systems that connect your tools, eliminate manual work and scale with your business. Whether you need a simple multi-step Zap or a complex multi-platform integration with AI, we architect solutions that are reliable, maintainable and built for the long term.

What we do best:

* Workflow architecture and multi-step Zap design with Paths, Filters, Formatters and Code steps. * CRM and sales pipeline automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Airtable, Notion, Monday). * E-commerce operations connecting Shopify, WooCommerce and payment platforms. * AI-powered data processing using GPT and Claude for document parsing, categorization and smart routing. * Reporting and dashboard automation pulling data from BigQuery, Google Sheets and project management tools. * Client onboarding systems, lead routing, notification workflows and internal operations automation.

Industries we serve:

E-commerce, SaaS, professional services, agencies, operations-heavy SMBs and funded startups.

Our approach is simple. We start with discovery to understand your tools, pain points and what success looks like. We design the system architecture, build and test it thoroughly and then hand it over with documentation. We also provide ongoing optimization to keep your workflows running clean as your business evolves.

We work with founders and teams who need automation that actually works without dedicated engineering. Every project is evaluated against a clear framework: time saved, reliability, scale potential and maintenance effort.

Based in Ahmedabad, India. Fully remote delivery serving clients across India, US, UK, UAE and Australia.
