Highly efficient, well-structured Notion system Nick is the best! In just 5 minutes, he understood exactly what I needed and helped me build a grocery shopping template that I can use both personally and for a business idea I’m actively working on. He designed and connected multiple Notion databases into a single, cohesive system with clear logic and an extremely clean layout. The workflows between databases are intuitive, efficient, and thoughtfully structured, making the entire setup easy to use and maintain long-term. He translated my needs into a smart relational system and optimized everything for both functionality and visual clarity. The result is a streamlined workspace that saves time, reduces friction, and actually feels enjoyable to use. I will definitely contact him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to level up their Notion setup with strong logic, automation, and a polished, professional finish. Thank you so much!

Did everything I wanted...and more! I found Notion very confusing. I explained to my contact at iGeekuPlay what I needed done. He quickly arranged my data and set up a very practical and intuitive system for me to keep running it myself. He even provided some solutions I hadn't even thought to ask for, but turned out to be extremely useful. And he did this all on budget!

efficient and effective help with Notion optimization I worked with Nick on a 2 week sprint project to optimize Notion for my advisory business. The tools he created are effective and efficient and we got it done in 2 weeks! Good bang for the buck. I would highly refer for a small business looking to spend a little time and money up front to save massive time and money for the long term. I especially liked the creative solution to create a monthly budget page that can track all the various point solutions that I use in my business.

Can't recommend more highly - absolutely excellent Nick was extremely fast to reply and we were on a call within 24 hours of my initial post. After a brief discussion about the issue I was facing, Nick clearly explained the solution that I was looking for. He gave me two options - either I could give him access and he could very quickly do it for me without charge, or he could walk me through the process so that I knew for next time. I now have an added skill... Big thumbs up - 10/10. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for Notion support.

Saved me days of headache I'm new to Notion and have used pre-built templates, but I needed to add some additional customizations. Nick was able to walk me through creating what I needed in 15minutes!!! Answered my questions and even provided me with our recording so I could refer back to it anytime. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and patient Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He listens to what you want and meets you where you are. If you are limited in your understanding, then he can break the pieces down and shows no frustration at repeated questions. If you are more knowledgeable, then he can take you even further. His project management is great, keeping track of the changes he makes, as well as future tasks and requests. We recommend him highly to anyone who needs help setting up or improving their Notion system.

Highly Recommended It was an absolute pleasure working with Nick to recreate a messy process we were managing in Excel in Notion. He quickly understood the frustrations we have with Excel, provided a clear vision of how Notion can solve many of our pain points and ultimately delivered a solution that our team is extremely excited about. His understanding of Notion is top tier and he was able to implement new Notion features just after their release, such as buttons, into our project. I highly recommend Nick!
