Notion State completely revamped the way our marketing team works (and more) Been working with Notion State to operationalize our marketing team's Notion environment, and I couldn't be more impressed. They built us a cascading OKR system, dynamic task/project management system (which maps back to our OKRs), and the most impressive creative ops system I've ever seen. I love Notion, but I'm the first to admit it's not easy to master. But Notion State built a scaleable system with documentation and video tutorials to make onboarding, learning, and troubleshooting SO easy.

RavenVolts experience with Notion State. Both Josh and Bryan do an excellent job guiding a client through the process of building a Notion space. As a company we've found Notion and by extension the build that Notion State did for us a game changer in planning and managing or work.

Stop looking for someone to help you with your workspace! You found them!!! Notion State has went above and beyond to help me streamline some confusing processes in my workspace! I was creating everything on the fly as my business grew and it began to be too clunky for me to stay efficient and grow consistently. Bryan and Josh are extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone to work with them on their Notionworkspace, regardless of how small or big the project is. They've helped me in my business in ways I didn’t even know were possible!

Notion State Transformed our Business Notion State built airCFO a completely custom OS, partnering with team members across the org to create something that fits our exact needs. The OS is valuable by itself, but even more critical is the ongoing change management support they've provided. They built documentation for each OS component and even trained team members to help them get comfortable with Notion. Leveling up our CompanyOS was one of the most impactful projects we worked on in 2022. I would HIGHLY recommend Notion State!
