Notioners delivered clarity across a complex technical project We needed clarity on a strategically important internal initiative, and Notioners helped us find it. They surfaced technical considerations we hadn’t yet explored and brought structure to a complex systems landscape. Their ability to see the architecture early and ask the right questions has been genuinely valuable.

A discovery process that changed the plan Notioners guided us through the investigation phase of a major internal project: working out how our existing tools could plug into Notion so it serves as both the single source of truth for our system's knowledge and the context layer for our AI agents. No build yet: just the harder part, thinking it through properly. They asked the questions we hadn't thought to ask and saw the architecture before we did.

Helpful and insightful to work with the Notioners The consultations and maintenance meetings with Max were more than helpful and insightful. Moreover, the backstage work on solutions to our requests was absolutely imperative for our work!

From Overwhelmed to Organized: Max Helped Me Create Clarity Working with Max has been one of the best investments I’ve made during a major life transition. What started as organizing my personal life as my husband and I prepare for retirement and full-time travel quickly grew into building the foundation for my YouTube channel. Max helped me import and organize more than 3,000 Apple Notes, turning years of ideas into a clear, manageable workflow. Max is knowledgeable, patient, intuitive, and an excellent listener. Rather than forcing a system, he took the time to understand how I think and helped create a structure that feels natural and sustainable. If you’re overwhelmed by information, building a business, creating content, or simply trying to bring order to years of notes and ideas, I highly recommend Max. He doesn’t just teach Notion. He helps create clarity.

Answers in minutes, not hours of video hunting It was valuable. It was nice to have someone to talk through what I'm trying to build to organize not just my business but my brain. He was patient and walked me through it step-by-step.

It was very rewarding but short Very satisfying, however it was too short and I appreciate having the chance to book another call.
