Notion Operational Excellence Build Out We engaged Matt to complete our entire Notion Operational Excellence build out. This included creating the operating infrastructure, setting up databases, creating new properties, designing page layouts, and more. Working with Matt was such a great experience. I really appreciate how clear and thorough he was. I loved being able to learn from him as he built out our instance. Seeing his own best practices and how he sets things up for his own business was so valuable. I also appreciated his focus on incorporating AI into the workflow. This was such a great addition and made me feel that we were futureproofing our setup. The handoff and transition was smooth and detailed. The structure of our databases and the ability to use AI to query them has been a complete game changer. Notion has become that much more of a useful tool with the more logical build out and AI enablement.

Bringing a Complex Vision to Life in Notion Matt was instrumental in bringing my vision for a sales advancement framework to life in Notion. He built a comprehensive sales hub, performance dashboards, and individual consultant pages that showcase current level, requirements, and next steps for advancement. His ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing systems is exceptional. Beyond delivering a fantastic solution, he was collaborative throughout the process and shared valuable Notion knowledge along the way. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to build a powerful and well-designed Notion workspace.

Making my workload look like a walk in the park Matt helped me bring order to what truly felt like complete chaos. I won’t lie - I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but I rely heavily on systems to stay on top of my work. Over time, I had built up nearly two years’ worth of notes, meeting prep, and resources in Notion… all scattered across pages in a way that mostly only made sense to me. Instead of making me more efficient, it actually started slowing me down. Then came Matt. With a lot of patience and a very calm, structured approach, he helped me untangle this massive web of information. What felt like something that would take years suddenly became doable. Matt has an incredible ability to simplify complexity. Thanks to him, my Notion setup is now structured, intuitive, and actually enjoyable to use - and I’m working more efficiently than ever before. Notion can feel like a jungle of endless possibilities - but if you get to work with Matt, he’ll guide you through it and show you some of the most beautiful, clever, and unexpectedly simple paths. Enjoy the journey - you won’t regret it.

Matt Sutcliffe - Comma Review Matt has a brilliant understanding of Notion and how to apply it to business. Better still, his entrepreneurial background allows him to quickly grasp your business and the issues you are facing. It gets better because then he is able to simplify your issues and integrate them into an efficient and effective management tool.
