OpsCopilot is a UK-based Zapier Silver Partner and HubSpot Solutions Partner. We build workflow automation for professional services firms of 10 to 250 staff: law practices, accountancy firms, IFAs, dental groups and B2B service businesses.
Most of our work sits in the operational layer these firms are missing. Client and matter onboarding. Document collection and chase sequences. Compliance evidence trails. Deadline tracking. Automated partner and management reporting. Lead routing and response times. Billing and invoicing handoffs.
Typical builds connect HubSpot or Salesforce to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, Sage, DocuSign, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Calendly and practice-management systems including Clio, Karbon and IRIS, so data stops being re-keyed between them.
UK regulatory workload is where much of our current work sits. MTD ITSA quarterly cycles. Companies House identity verification and ACSP filing. SRA compliance documentation. FCA Consumer Duty evidence trails. CQC records. These are high-volume, deadline-driven, chase-heavy processes that most firms still run from spreadsheets and shared inboxes.
We also build AI into workflows where it earns its place: document intake and intelligence, AI-drafted client communications, meeting notes routed straight into the CRM, and AI voice agents for inbound call handling and outbound scheduling.
