## What they do

QualiFI AI is a South African–based automation consultant and services firm supporting small businesses and professional services firms across Africa, the United Kingdom, and Europe. We specialize in AI-enhanced workflow automation, chatbot development, and system integrations using Zapier and complementary tools.

We help businesses streamline lead capture, CRM syncing, client onboarding, document workflows, and internal notifications. Our services range from Zapier onboarding and training to complex workflow design, multi-Zap remediation, API integrations, and ongoing optimization of mission-critical processes. We also build website chatbots for customer-facing lead qualification and support, and internal chatbots for team knowledge bases, ticket triage, and process automation.

Our approach is service-led, with Zapier as our core automation platform, enhanced by AI tools for smarter workflows. We focus on understanding each client's existing systems such as CRMs, forms, communication tools, and finance platforms, then delivering automation that reduces administrative burden, improves data accuracy, and supports growth. We have particular depth in financial services and insurance workflows. Engagements typically begin with a structured discovery process, move into implementation, and we recommend Ongoing Service for monitoring, updates, optimization, and support.
