We build and maintain the Zapier workflows that quietly run a business. Most engagements start the same way. Someone is copying data between two systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and it is costing them a day a week. What we do - Zapier workflow design, build and cleanup - Custom integrations, API and webhook work for the cases a standard Zap cannot reach - Audits and migrations for Zap estates that have outgrown their owner - Ongoing care so the automation still works six months later Industries we know well Property management and real estate, professional services, clinics and health practices, ecommerce and subscription businesses, and B2B sales teams. Recent work - An AppFolio pipeline that turns raw property data into monthly investor reports - A document extraction pipeline that files receipts, invoices and bank statements straight into the ledger across an accounting firm's client base - Post call automation that drafts and files the follow up before the rep closes their laptop How we work We scope in plain language and quote a fixed price before anything is built. If a native feature already solves your problem, we will say so. Book a free 15 minute call and we will tell you what we would automate first. ## Tools & platforms Zapier ## FAQ **What does Rex Automaton do?** Rex Automaton is a Vancouver based automation studio. **What tools does Rex Automaton specialize in?** Rex Automaton works with Zapier. **Who is Rex Automaton a good fit for?** Rex Automaton is a good fit for growing businesses that need a team to deliver. --- _Source: PartnerHire.
