Outstanding Experience! I had an outstanding experience working with Tasia on my Notion project. From start to finish, the process was thoughtful, well-organized, and highly collaborative. Tasia brings a unique blend of technical expertise and intuitive understanding of how systems should function in real life. She took the time to understand my goals, asked insightful questions, and translated those into a system that is both powerful and easy to use. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the project and all of my objectives were met, and then some! I highly recommend Soulful Systems by Harmony with Tasia to anyone looking to build or refine their Notion environment with someone who truly understands both the strategy and the execution.

Exceptional Notion Consultant for Creative Strategy and Knowledge Management Tasia delivered exactly what I needed: a clean, simple, and effective Notion workspace tailored to support a complex creative strategy and IP ecosystem. I came in with big ideas and a lot of content, and she helped me design a structure that transforms overwhelm into opportunity, setting me up for a book, Substack, podcast, and beyond. Her understanding of how creatives work, combined with her fluency in Notion, made the process both efficient and energizing. She worked quickly, asked great clarifying questions, and created a platform that feels customized to how I think. Highly recommended.

Great UX & Opportunity to Discover How Soulful Systems Aligns with You I really appreciated my complimentary 30-minute session with Tasia. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable about Notion—not just technically, but in how to strategically shape it around your unique workflow and goals. It was a great opportunity to explore what’s possible with the platform while getting personalized insights from someone who clearly understands both structure and soul. I left the call feeling seen, supported, and excited about where this could lead.

Notion Implementation for Photography Business I had an amazing experience with Soulful Systems. I was coming in with zero Notion knowledge and had the goal of getting more organized with my small business and personal projects. Tasia was super helpful in getting me over the learning curve and actually implementing a system quickly. I am now up and running and feel SO much more organized and less stressed running my business.
