Switch Telecom LTD

We design and build Zapier workflows that connect your customer communication channels: WhatsApp, email marketing platforms, SMS, and CRM systems, into one automated system.

Our team specializes in multi-step automations that move data across your entire stack: capturing leads from forms and ads, routing them into WhatsApp and email sequences, syncing customer records across CRM and e-commerce platforms, and triggering SMS or WhatsApp alerts at every stage of the customer journey.

We don't just connect two apps. We map out how your business actually operates, find the manual steps and broken handoffs between teams, and build Zapier automations that remove them for good.

What we do:

- Multi-channel automation: WhatsApp, email marketing (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and similar platforms), and SMS, all connected through Zapier

- CRM and e-commerce integrations, syncing customer and order data in real time

- Lead capture and nurture flows, from form submission to first contact

- Custom reporting and dashboards built on top of your automated workflows

We work with e-commerce brands, service businesses, and growth-focused teams across Israel and internationally, building automation systems that scale with the business instead of adding more manual work.
