An absolute pleasure to work with! I really loved working with Rim. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about Notion, but what really stood out to me was how easy she is to work with. She listens. She understands what you’re trying to achieve. And she always finds a practical way to make it work. She’s responsive, patient, and very detail-oriented. Even when things got complicated, she was always on top of it and happy to help. I’d definitely recommend Rim. She’s one of those people you know you can trust to get the job done right.

Great experience working with Rim Rim helped us build out our Notion workspace almost a year ago, and it has been incredibly helpful for keeping our workflows, processes, and resources organized in one place. Even after the initial build, she’s always been responsive whenever we need help or have questions. We’re really grateful for her continued support and would definitely recommend working with her!

Rim Turned Our Ideas Into a System That Works I had such a great experience working with Rim! 🙌 She really knows her way around Notion and, more importantly, took the time to understand how we actually work before building anything. She helped us turn a messy setup into a much more structured and intuitive Notion workspace, with clear dashboards, databases, and workflows that make everything easier to manage. ✨ What I loved most was that Rim didn’t just follow instructions — she asked the right questions, spotted things we could improve, and suggested practical solutions along the way. She was also super responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making the final setup work for us. If you’re looking for someone to take your Notion workspace to the next level, I’d definitely recommend Rim! 💯

Wonderful, attentive, fast, and gets it! I have LOVED working with Rim. She really understands Notion and all the ins-and-outs and its potential. She understood my challenge in building a central space for my company, which ranges from office team members to clinical and front desk teams on the ground and helped us create an all-encompassing space that manages information, databases, and permissions really well (which can be very tricky in Notion). Highly recommend working with her. 10 our of 5 stars!!

A Game-Changing Notion Transformation We brought Rim in to help us organize and structure our Notion workspace, and the difference has been significant. She took the time to understand how our agency operates, asked the right questions, and turned scattered information and processes into a clear, practical system. The workspace is now much easier to navigate, and our team has a more organized way of managing projects, information, and day-to-day operations. Rim was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in creating a solution that worked for our team. The result is a system that is simple to use, scalable, and actually adopted by the team. We highly recommend her.
