Furnished Rentals Coordinator Jan-Rienk and the Workflow Team were incredibly helpful in getting our Asana usage set up. As a small company, it was imperative that we create workflows that functioned well from the start, and it would have taken me far too long to sort that out on my own. Jan-Rienk is patient and knowledgeable, and worked with me to create something that would help our small team become more efficient and successful.

Great Implementation & Continuous Improvement with Workflow Alchemy Workflow Alchemy did an excellent job guiding us through the Asana implementation. They ensured a smooth rollout and helped us involve the entire company in a way that made the tool genuinely useful, rather than just introducing “another tool.” What we especially value is their proactive mindset. Workflow Alchemy keeps encouraging us to further improve our workflows and continue getting more value out of Asana, which makes them a great partner to work with.

A HUGE help! Working with Jonathan & Workflow Alchemy team over the past quarter has been a huge help as we rolled out Asana across our organization. They were thoughtful and deliberate in their approach, able to move quickly when we picked things up fast and slow down when we needed more hands-on guidance. Thanks to the WA consultants' expertise in process improvement, we’ve started streamlining workflows, centralizing our project management, and created much better visibility across teams.
